Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and booking jobs, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Booking: Efficiently schedule and book jobs to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively between internal teams and clients.
  • Contract Management: Handle all aspects of contracts, managing and maintaining records.
  • CRM Updates: Update the CRM system to ensure all customer and job information is correct.
  • General Administration: Perform a range of general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Task Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
