New Oakland Family Centers is a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health and substance abuse services in Michigan. We are seeking an experienced Therapist Associate to join our team in Southgate.

Estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and valid clinical licensure in social work, professional counseling, or psychology. They will also possess 1 year of mental health experience and be able to work effectively with all populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

This is a Monday-Friday role, with hours from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Reports To: Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor. The FACE to FACE Associate Partial Hospital Therapist plays a critical role within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program, encompassing a broad range of clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual therapy, admissions assessments, family therapy, group therapy, and other essential services.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of care for consumers in an acute setting.
  • Foster recovery and well-being through evidence-based practices within a supportive and dynamic environment.
