Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role: Permanent - Full-Time
We are McCarthy Recruitment, a dynamic Recruitment, Consulting and Training business, seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to elevate our online presence across various social media platforms.
As a Social Media and Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and curate content across all social media channels.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an internal Social Media or Marketing role.
- A strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative and organizational abilities, with an eye for design and detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
