About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Operations Manager to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and curate content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends.

  • Proven experience working in an internal Social Media or Marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative and organizational abilities, with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
