Care Home Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in Ayr, working nights. As a nurse-led environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care to residents, adhering to their individual needs and preferences.
- Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Role model professional behaviours, promoting a positive work culture and contributing to the overall success of the care home.

- Paid NMC PIN renewal, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices.
