Qualified Social Worker

Tripod Social Care is seeking a qualified social worker with child protection experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build relationships with vulnerable children, young people, and families, as well as other stakeholders.
- Formulate, implement, and review care plans in a statutory Children's Services setting.
- Conduct timely assessments of service users' needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
- Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
