As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of surfacing activities in a local authority or strategic road networking environment. You will be empowered to make decisions rather than simply raising questions for someone else to decide. Your role is crucial in sustaining a strong performance in the business while also growing volume and expanding our customer base.

You will be given the chance to think beyond immediate pressures and be instrumental in achieving long-term success. Your role entails being responsible for sustaining a strong performance by delivering exceptional customer service, while concurrently working towards increasing volume and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of surfacing activities in a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Make decisions and take ownership of your work.
