About Us

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the delivery of surfacing activities in a local authority or strategic road networking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of surfacing activities, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.
  • Manage records and documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing open and honest updates.
  • Collaborate with the management team to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volume and expand the customer base.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in leading surfacing activities in a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
  • SMSTS Site Managers Safety Training scheme desirable.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
