Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage contracts, contract variation letters, and other employment-related correspondence for approval by the HR Advisers.
- On-boarding and Change Processes: Support the HR team in managing contracts, on-boarding, and change processes related to honorary appointments, ensuring that right to work checks are carried out as required by UKVI, checks on visa statuses are carried out, health clearances are obtained, and honorary contracts are sent in a timely manner and signed contracts returned.
- HR Database Management: Maintain the HR database and other filing systems with accurate and up-to-date information in relation to all workers, including honorary appointees and new starters, contract changes, terminations, and other details as required.
- Payroll Support: Participate in monthly payroll review meetings and take forward any appropriate actions.
- Communication and Liaison: Act as the liaison point for all honorary appointments, queries, and requests, dealing with these in a timely manner.
