Business Development Director

Permanent Futures is excited to be partnering with a premium health & beauty business, boasting an impressive product portfolio and achieving 350% growth since 2018. As a key player in their category in the UK, they are expanding their team to drive account growth across top-tier grocery retailers.
This full-time role will see you managing the company's top accounts at leading retailers such as Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose, along with overseeing a team of two National Account Managers and Executives. With a focus on delivering a successful sales strategy, you will work closely with the Sales Director to drive account growth, new business opportunities, and innovative product development.
- Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery retailers
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement POS & merchandising solutions to increase brand awareness instore
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience within National Accounts, with experience of managing Top 4 Grocery customers
- Experience or interest in the health & beauty industry
- People management experience would be desirable
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit
