Business Development Director

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our client's busy car dealership in Leicestershire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and increasing operating efficiency.
About the Role- Lead the sales team to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Estimated annual salary: £70,000 (OTE).
- Bonus scheme based on individual and team performance.
