Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) practice as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our MEL programmes, ensuring they meet technical objectives and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in MEL technical methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex programme environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and other partners.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in London, UK. The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of our work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical expertise and support to MEL programmes, ensuring they meet technical objectives and quality standards.
* Develop and implement effective MEL technical approaches, methodologies, and tools to support programme delivery.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., monitoring and evaluation, statistics, data science).
* At least 5 years of experience in MEL, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and programmes.
* Expertise in MEL technical methodologies and best practices, including data analysis, sampling, and survey design.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
