About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital and clinical pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients within the hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting
