Job Title: Fleet Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Compliance Manager to join our Transport Team at our Dagenham Park Depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of motor transport and temperature compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our driver colleagues and a team of administrators in ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
  • Support the Transport Manager in maintaining a safe and efficient fleet operation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with transport regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with transport regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient fleet operation.

Requirements:

  • Hold a CPC operator's License.
  • Have a strong understanding of transport compliance.
  • Be able to lead by example and set high standards in service, health, safety, and compliance.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
