Job Title: Fleet Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Compliance Manager to join our Transport Team at our Dagenham Park Depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transport Team in ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
  • Collaborate with the Transport Manager to ensure that all fleet operations are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to drivers and administrators on transport compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport compliance and management.
  • Strong knowledge of transport regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPC operator's License.
