With private equity investment aimed at super-charging further growth, this is an ideal time to join the executive board as CFO - working closely with the aspirational Group MD and the PE group from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive M&A activity, ensuring successful acquisition and exit strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams, including PE investors and business owners.
  • Cultivate a high-performing finance function, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • A highly credible, bright, and ambitious qualified FD/CFO with a track record of excellence.
  • Experience in top-tier accounting firms and industry, operating as number 1 in finance.
  • Strategic awareness, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.
