About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, Blackpool is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Host to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the bar and restaurant areas
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Handle cash and operate a point of sale system
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

No experience is required as full training will be given. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
