About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.



Key Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Host, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Working with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Mixing, pouring, and serving delicious drinks and food to our guests.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the bar and restaurant areas.
