Private Equity Investment Manager

Our client is a Private Equity Investment firm based in London, dedicated to investments in AI, Deep Tech, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Validating investment opportunities proposed by the team and presenting findings to the Investment Committee.
- Conducting sourcing, investment research, due diligence, and analysis of potential investments.
- Developing investment recommendations and advocating for operational and process changes to move towards a data-driven organisational paradigm.
- Financial analysis and modelling of potential investments and leading the due diligence process from start to finish.
- Working with researchers and analysts to verify the best opportunities.
- Developing a deep understanding of AI and Deep Tech to support research analysis.
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and providing forward-looking views with transparency to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience in investments, with a minimum of 5 years in VC firms, PE firms, or Fund of Funds.
- Demonstrable investment experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital.
- A proven track record of investing in AI, Deep Tech, or Fintech as a VC/PE or FOF VC.
- Minimum 3 years as a Principal/Director in a VC/PE Firm or FOF VC.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
