The Role


We are seeking a talented Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Responsum Global Ltd.


This exciting opportunity will see you working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, health, education, defence, residential, and community.


As an Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to the practice, leveraging your expertise in M&E engineering to deliver high-quality designs and project management services.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Meeting with clients to establish project briefs and budget costs
  • Providing engineering support to the practice, including design and project management responsibilities
  • Carrying out fee-earning work, including designing schemes and preparing tender reports
  • Project managing site works from commencement to completion
  • Monitoring site works against specification requirements and agreeing contractor's final accounts
  • Carrying out inspections of existing installations and submitting condition reports
  • Checking and preparing fee invoices each month

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree or master's in Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status or approaching
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in IES (Mechanical) or Amtech (Electrical) design software, as well as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, codes of practice, CIBSE guides, building regulations, and best practice
