We are seeking an experienced IT Category Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing the IT Procurement category across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a category plan to maximise value
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align IT strategy with procurement objectives
- Manage a range of spend encompassing Software, Hardware, and IT Services
- Operate as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable IT procurement experience and the ability to align the IT strategy to the current procurement objectives within the organisation.
