Health and Fitness Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Fitness Coach to join our team at Life Leisure.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality fitness services to our members, including group gym sessions, group exercise classes, and personal training sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies to improve income opportunities and member engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet high standards.
