Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to our members
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new training programs and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and retention targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive member experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practioner' Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
