Your Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu and bar offerings
• Assess guests' needs and make recommendations to enhance their experience
• Follow up on guest requests and ensure prompt service
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to resolve any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Verify the age of guests purchasing alcohol
• Deliver accurate transactions and maintain cash-handling skills

Physical Demands

This role requires standing for long periods, using hands to handle objects, and occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
