**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will oversee the delivery of quality care and support to our residents. This involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while also supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management and care planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care
