About the Job:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting Opticians and Technicians during eye examinations and optical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, building strong relationships and trust.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or environment is highly desirable.
  • Necessary qualifications include relevant optics experience and excellent communication skills.

  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, including weekend working (Saturday).
