About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Specialist to join our team at CH&CO. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, engaging, and attentive to customer needs.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in beverage preparation and customer service.
