Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a fit-out project in a coffee shop or barista environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fit-out projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the fit-out project, ensuring that all work meets design specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required standard.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Manage project timelines and budgets, and identify and mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the project.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in fit-out projects, ideally within the coffee shop or barista industry.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of personnel.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
