  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining open communication with clients regarding costs, time estimations, and progress updates
  • Conducting regular meetings with new and existing clients to build strong relationships

  • Coordinating and reviewing work with assistant managers and trainee accountants

  • Providing on-the-job training and identifying areas for improvement or further development
  • Preparing complex year-end accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Reviewing accounts and management accounts prepared by the team
  • E nsuring company accounts meet financial reporting and accounting standards
  • Reviewing corporation tax returns
  • Preparing personal tax returns
  • Liaising directly with HMRC as required
  • Compiling reports, budget plans, commentaries, and financial statements
  • Analyzing accounts and business plans
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
