Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective lessons in Art and Digital Design.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (with a commitment to obtain the relevant outstanding Level 4 qualification within a specified timeframe).
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Demonstrate a track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
