Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Accessories Manager to join our Aftersales Commercial team at Triumph Motorcycles global headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and the dealer/customer purchase of genuine Triumph accessories, as well as supporting marketing, press, and brand events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the purchase of genuine Triumph accessories by dealers and customers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Global Subsidiaries/Export Markets, Internal Colleagues, Triumph Dealers, and key agencies/suppliers.
- Foster dealer and customer loyalty through the utilization of marketing, promotion, tactical activity, visual merchandising, product placement, and support.
- Manage performance levels across a global network of 900 dealers, ensuring World Class commercial activity and delivering a sustainable advantage for the business, dealers, and customers.
- Contribute to forecasting, purchasing, and product teams to ensure alignment and success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance levels across a global network.
