Medical Training Initiative Lead

Our client is a professional membership organisation committed to advancing the healthcare field. It plays a vital role in supporting medical and health professionals by offering resources, education, and guidance to elevate healthcare quality.
This position involves comprehensive management of trainee and educator support, communications, and engagement, acting as a primary contact for both trainees and trainers. The role focuses on enhancing involvement through innovative outreach, outstanding customer service, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and administering all aspects of the medical training initiative
- Line-managing the Training Engagement Coordinator and FTC Training Coordinators
Candidates should have experience and understanding of medical careers. They must also possess strong experience of managing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and successfully managing committees, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking.
The ideal candidate will be able to line manage and motivate staff, including setting objectives, undertaking performance reviews, and appraisals.
What We OfferFor this full-time maternity cover contract, we are offering a salary of up to £49,500 per annum. A hybrid working pattern allows for flexibility, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office.
