Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with quantity surveyors, architects, local authorities, heritage companies, and property management organisations in the North of London area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales within the building products/construction industry, with a proven track record of selling to contractors and specifiers. A strong understanding of the specification sales process is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with main contractors and sub-contractors.

The role involves:

  • Winning specifications with quantity surveyors and architects
  • Stimulating demand for product with main contractors and specialist joinery and timber sub-contractors
  • Managing relationships with paint manufacturers and conducting project visits
  • Managing relationships with circa 70 painting & decorating merchants

A salary of £43,600-£47,600 + 10% Bonus is offered, along with fully expensed Hybrid Car & Full Benefits. If you have the required skills and qualifications, please apply by forwarding your CV.
