Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We're on the hunt for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge, a fast-growing business that's passionate about serving up delicious, high-quality food to our customers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and helping us achieve our goals.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef who can support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to spec, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about cooking and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes. You'll need to have experience of working with fresh ingredients, good chef/kitchen skills, and strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety. Good communication skills and a team player attitude are essential.
