Job Summary
We're seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to join our team at the Hare & Hounds. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared to a high standard and that the team is working efficiently.
- Support the Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
- Be driven to smash targets with your team and have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
