Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER to join our team as an Engineering Lead and a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. These roles offer a chance to create meaningful change, bringing cutting-edge technology to life in ways that truly benefit society.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving the development of impactful products from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate on technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance while creating solutions that address real-world challenges.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering and other teams, establishing best practices and efficient processes to support our tech-for-good mission.
  • Play a critical role in building the engineering culture, supporting team growth, and mentoring future leaders.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer Key Responsibilities



  • Design and deploy machine learning models and systems that contribute to the development of socially impactful products.
  • Develop robust ML pipelines and data infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced ML capabilities into our tech-for-good solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in ML to continually improve and refine our offerings, aligning with our mission of meaningful innovation.
