About the Role

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Intapp, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating applied AI. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient ML platforms that automate the end-to-end life cycle for traditional ML models and LLM models within the Cloud Platforms Engineering (CPE) directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement MLOps Pipelines: Develop robust MLOps and LLMOps pipelines to automate and optimize machine learning model training, testing, deployment, and scaling.
  2. Collaboration and Deployment: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure operational criteria are met before deployment.
  3. Maintenance and Enhancement: Maintain and enhance continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) environments for machine learning systems.
  4. Tool Development: Create tools to improve visibility into system operations and facilitate rapid troubleshooting and debugging.
  5. Culture of Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future ML deployments.
  6. System Resilience: Lead initiatives to increase the resilience and scalability of ML systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in software development or data engineering, with a focus on MLOps or similar roles.
  • Scalable Systems: A proven track record in designing and deploying scalable machine learning systems in production.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, MetaFlow, vLLM, Kubeflow, Jupyter notebook, Azure ML Studio, Amazon Sagemaker, Apache Spark, Apache Flink).
  • Containerization and Automation: Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Governance: Experience with data governance and ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
  • Performance Tuning: Familiarity with performance tuning of big data technologies.
  • LLM Model Development: Experience with LLM model development.
