About the Role

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students who require additional help with their literacy and numeracy skills.

Our PRU School offers a supportive environment for students who require additional needs. With a total of 60 pupils aged 5-16, we cater to a diverse range of students and offer a variety of transport links for public commuters.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as behaviour management.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £100-£120 per day, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
