Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist SEMH Support Worker. As a vital member of our team, you will provide support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), ADHD, and challenging behaviour.

This full-time role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students who require additional assistance in managing their emotions, behaviours, and academic progress.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and be able to develop effective strategies to support students. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
