We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a High Voltage Electrical Craftsperson. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high voltage electrical power distribution systems, contributing to the safe and reliable supply of electricity to communities across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and repairing electrical power networks, working on distribution systems up to 66kV. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in electrical engineering, achieving a City & Guilds Level 2 Qualification in Electrical Engineering.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression and increases in salary as you gain experience. Our benefits package includes 23 days annual leave (26 upon completion of training) + statutory holidays, a competitive pension scheme and Sharesave options, and protective clothing and safety equipment supplied.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adventurous and driven to work in all weather conditions, and possess a strong understanding of electrical safety principles. A minimum of GCSE English at Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 Functional/Key Skills English, GCSE Mathematics at Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 Functional/Key Skills Maths, and GCSE Science at Grade A*-C/9-4 or BTEC Science Level 2 equivalent are required.
