About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on property sales and purchases, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct property viewings and valuations, providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local property market, staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
