Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse or RMN to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing an opportunity to climb the next ladder of success and reach new heights in your career. You will be responsible for steering the home on all clinical governance and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with proven experience of post-qualification practice in a health and social care setting, particularly with older people.
You will be a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage your team.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with external partners, including CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams.
