Clinical Lead for Care Homes

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in care delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, with a proven track record of managing complex care environments and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:- To lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
- To develop and implement care plans that reflect the individual needs of each resident.
- To ensure the effective management of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Active NMC registration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
