Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from £37,000 to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £8,000 or £11,000 respectively. Additional benefits include:
  • A competitive monthly bonus

  • An employer pension contribution of up to 7%
  • 22 days annual holiday, increasing to 26 with continued service, plus bank holidays
  • A comprehensive training program, including EV training

Job Responsibilities
This role involves retraining as a Master Technician, requiring strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail. You will be working closely with experienced technicians to develop your knowledge and expertise. Regular training sessions will ensure you stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly is crucial for success in this position.

Bonus Structure
Your performance will be assessed regularly, with bonuses paid quarterly based on individual and team performance. The bonus structure is designed to incentivize excellence and reward hard work and dedication.
