About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for construction projects, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure that all documentation is properly stored, retrieved, and updated.
- Provide training and support to project teams on document management systems and procedures.
- Ensure that all documentation is properly archived and disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in document control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
