About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as laundry and shopping
  • Support clients with financial care, including budgeting and bill management
  • Accompany clients to activities and outings, promoting social interaction and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care and support

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.09, increasing to £11.28 on weekends
  • A mileage allowance of 45p per mile
  • Free uniform and paid Enhanced DBS/PVG

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential
  • A kind and caring attitude, with a desire to help others
