Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Support clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation and shopping
- Accompany clients to appointments and activities
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or needs
