Position

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Public Relations Academic Lecturer, der unsere akademische Welt an unserem IU Campus in Teilzeit (12-15h) mit flexiblen Arbeitsmöglichkeiten aufbauen kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Vertritt spezifische Fächer des Fachbereichs Public Relation wie Medienwirkungsforschung, Public Affairs und PR, Pressestrategie, Grundlagen des Marketings, Management und Kommunikation und Konsumentenverhalten.
  • Betreut unsere Studierenden in allen Fragen rund um die Lehrveranstaltungen und bereitet sie auf ihre berufliche Laufbahn vor.
  • Leitet praxisnahe Lehrveranstaltungen und Tutorien souverän vor Ort auf Deutsch und kann in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit Arbeit von zuhause aus erledigen.
  • Erstellt und korrigiert Prüfungsleistungen und ist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Evaluation von Lehrmedien (z.B. Skripte, Videos).
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder Promotion im Bereich Public Relation oder in einer Bezugs- und Nachbardisziplin, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt in Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement, E-Commerce oder Marketing.
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in dem zu unterrichtenden Fachgebiet.
  • Konnte ggf. bereits erste Erfahrung (z.B. als Tutor, Lehrkraft, Lehrbeauftragter oder wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeitender) in der akademischen Lehre sammeln.
  • Großes Interesse an innovativer, digitaler und moderner Bildung und Freude am Umgang mit Studierenden.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau des Europäischen Referenzrahmens.
