Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements
- QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
