- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users.
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid DBS check.
